Ligand Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: LGND) will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss fourth quarter 2003 financial results on Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (5:30 a.m. Pacific). A press release announcing the results will be issued before the call on Wednesday.
The call will be web cast live by CCBN and can be accessed at Ligand's web site at www.ligand.com. The web cast also will be archived for 30 days.
