Concerto Networks, a business technology franchise company, announced international expansion with the award of its second and third international master franchise licenses. Antonio Tutusaus, the new Concerto Networks master franchise owner for Spain, will officially launch his business in October 2005 to provide complete office technology solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) throughout Spain.
